Service and pricing
AIITO is a subscription service providing website hosting, email, domain management and related support.

Prices are in Hong Kong dollars. No sales tax, VAT or goods and services tax is added, as Hong Kong does not levy such a tax on these services.
Other costs
The fees above cover the AIITO service only. You are responsible for your own internet access, communication charges, domain registration and renewal fees, and any other service you contract separately.
There is no setup fee, no minimum contract period, and we do not pass payment processing fees on to you.
Payment
Payment is by credit card, processed by Stripe. Fees are charged in advance: on the day you subscribe, and thereafter automatically on the same day of each month. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.
Times and dates are Hong Kong time. Where you subscribe on the 29th, 30th or 31st, we bill on the last day of any month that has no such date. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your renewal date.
When the service starts
Your account is issued promptly after payment is confirmed — normally immediately or the same day. It may take up to three business days where verification, fraud screening, or domain and DNS configuration require it.
Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time from the customer portal. Cancelling stops the next renewal immediately, and the service keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not refund on a pro-rata basis for a partial month. After your access ends, hosted email, website content and other service content are retained for 30 days and then deleted. Billing, transaction, security and legal records may be retained for longer where necessary. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for details.
System requirements
Browsers. Current versions of Google Chrome, Apple Safari, Microsoft Edge or Mozilla Firefox.
Email. IMAP, SMTP and webmail are supported. Some features may be unavailable depending on your mail software, device or network.
